Vehicle Accident Sends One to Hospital
At 6:14 p.m. on May 13, 2015, Walkersville Volunteer Fire Company (Co.11), and Walkersville Volunteer Rescue Company (Co.24) were dispatched to Route 15 and Biggs Ford Road for a vehicle accident. While units were en-route, Frederick County Emergency Communications Center (ECC) dispatched a second ambulance due to nature of call. Chief 24-1 arrived on the scene to find two vehicles involved in a t-bone collision. One car remained in the roadway with one patient still in the car.
