The public ceremony will be held at 4:30 p.m. at 2 South Glade Road in Walkersville, Maryland. At 10:33 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2017, a Trooper assigned to the Maryland State Police Frederick Barrack came upon a serious two vehicle collision that had just occurred. Preliminary on scene investigation reveals that a 2013 Nissan Frontier truck was traveling West on Maryland Route 26. The Nissan Frontier truck struck the rear of a 2014 Mazda passenger vehicle that was stopped at the traffic light controlling the intersection of Sebastian Boulevard and Maryland Route 26.
