The Frederick County Council has a new telephone number; the number is 301-600-1135. The new phone number is a result of the renovations in Winchester Hall. The Frederick County Council has moved from the third floor to the first floor of Winchester Hall. This will allow for more convenient public access to the Council offices. Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner issued her first executive order today. Marking the first executive order in Frederick County government, Mrs. Gardner held a press conference to explain her action and the impact of the executive order.
