Police Seeking Spiderman After Armed Robbery

Maryland State Police are asking the public to help identify a man dressed as Spiderman during the armed robbery of the Dollar General store near Libertytown. The robbery took place around 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 2, 2015. A white man wearing a Spiderman hoody jacket with a mask entered the store on MD. 26, brandished a handgun, and demanded money. Robbery in Woodsboro Investigation Continues

The Frederick County Bureau of Investigation continues to investigate the armed robbery of the Woodsboro Liquor Store. On January 24, 2015 at approximately 9:45 p.m., the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Woodsboro liquor store, located on South Main Street in Woodsboro, for a report of an armed robbery. Through its investigation, the Frederick County Bureau of Investigation learned the suspect entered the store, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the clerk at the cash register.
