Mike also owns Digital Age Solution, an I.T. firm offering Managed Services, Computer Repairs & Sales, Voice Over IP Telephone Service, Networking, and Software Engineering. Mike actively participates in the community in various roles including: Walkersville Planning & Zoning Commission Member, Kaleidoscope 4-H Club Leader, Friends of Walkervsille Library, Vice-President, Frederick County 4-H Camp & Activities Center, Inc. Mr. Lawrence “Tommy” Allen Dorsey, Jr. 72 a lifelong resident of Woodsboro, Maryland passed away on Monday, March 16, 2015 at College View Nursing Home. Always a friendly face to be seen in Woodsboro, the community will miss Tommy. “He was an unbelievably kind soul that helped me get my start in local politics,” remembered Ryan Trout. On March 11, 2015 at about 11:00 p.m., a Frederick Police officer making a business check observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a business in the 1500 block of Opossumtown Pike. The officer made contact with the driver, identified as Danielle Marie Eyler of Keymar, Maryland. Further investigation revealed Eyler was in possession of a bottle of PCP. Frederick County Public Schools announced snow make-up days for students. As of March 12, 2015, Frederick County Public School students have missed 8 days of school due to inclement weather. The calendar already allowed for 5. Last night, the Board of Education has decided how students will make up the 3 additional snow days. Storm Dumps A Foot of Snow

The latest snow storm dumped more than nine inches of snow on the area. Some residents measured more than a foot of new snow on the ground. Schools were closed Thursday and will be closed Friday. Snow days scheduled for the school year have been exhausted. As a result, students will have to make up the days. Spring Break will be shortened as kids will go to school April 1st and 2nd. Summer vacation will now begin one day later. The last day will now be June 16th.
