Narcotics Arrest

On July 30th, 2019, the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigation Section with the assistance from its High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) partners, the Frederick Police Drug Enforcement Unit, Maryland State Police, and Brunswick Police, executed a search and seizure warrant in the 200 block of Maple Avenue in Frederick related to a narcotics investigation. The investigation stemmed from complaints of drug activity at the residence. Discovery Resident Arrested for Heroin Possession in Frederick

Frederick Police arrested James David Coakley of Discovery on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 for possession of heroin, and paraphernalia including hypdermic syringes.  Mr. Coakley is twenty years old and lives on Vision Lane in Discovery. Officer Christopher Stanley responded to the area of Mill Pond Road and Waterside Drive, at the request of an off-duty Frederick Police officer, for a report of suspicious activity.
