On February 28, 2017, at approximately 10:52 PM, The Frederick Police Department received a report of a shooting that had occurred in the 1300 block of Motter Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located two males that matched the descriptions given by the caller. Upon further investigation, officers determined that no shooting had taken place. On Tuesday, December 16, 2014, Frederick County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Michael Anthony Faya, a twenty-five year old of Walkersville, on charges of possession with intent to distribute controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of paraphernalia. At approximately 3:25 a.m., deputies responded to the area of Links Bridge Rd at the Monocacy River for a report of a suspicious vehicle.
