Fall From Horse Flown to Shock Trauma
At 9:26 a.m. on June 19, 2015, Walkersville Volunteer Rescue Company was dispatched to the 8700 block of Liberty Road for an injured person who had fallen off a horse.
Duty 24 requested the status of Trooper 3, and Walkersville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched also.
Units arrived on scene and started patient care. Crews quickly requested Trooper 3.
B116 arrived on scene to establish a landing zone. One patient was flown to shock trauma.
