Youth Leadership Program for Juniors and Seniors
Youth Leadership is a leadership program that targets juniors and seniors from all of our county High Schools and St. John’s and will be facilitated by members of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek.The program will be an intense experience accommodating up to around 30 students who are interested in exploring the dynamics and day-to-day challenges of contemporary leaders in our community.
A faculty drawn from the public, corporate and non-profit community will conduct the sessions. The sessions will include: discussions of leadership principles, skills and behaviors, group experiences to county/city facilities, and the opportunity to shadow a community leader.
Walkersville High School students interested in this opportunity, should see Ms. Ramsburg in the Counseling Center for an application.
The DEADLINE for application is Wednesday, October 1st.
