Frederick County Public Schools Partners for Success will present a conference for parents, family members, caregivers and interested professionals on behavior modification. The $20 per person conference will be on Saturday, March 21, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Washington County Technical High School (50 West Oak Ridge Drive Hagerstown, MD 21740 (near the Outlets). Maryland State Department of Education supports this program with funding.
