A collaboration among Infants and Toddlers Family Support Network, National Alliance for Mental Illness, and Frederick County Public School’s Partners for Success will provide a workshop for parents in Walkersville next month. Thurmont Middle School will be hosting an evening seminar for all parents entitled Bullying Prevention and Social Media Awareness. The program will be held Monday, September 29, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the Thurmont Middle School’s cafeteria. Thurmont Middle School is located at 408 East Main Street in Thurmont, Maryland. The presentation will feature Tyree Sterling, a youth specialist from Williamsport, Maryland. Mr. Sterling speaks to more than 30,000 people annually on various youth topics.
