Russ Winch Seeks Re-Election
GladeValley.net has not received any response from Russ Winch about his re-election for Town Commissioner. We recognize that he may be busy and want to be sure that he is represented. The following represents the author’s own un-official knowledge of Mr. Winch’s profile.
Russell Winch is a long time resident of Walkersville. He and his wife, Clara, raised their son, Nick in Walkersville. Clara owns an accounting firm that operates on Maple Avenue in Walkersville. Russ is an engineer for Bechtel.
Russ is currently serving his second term as a Town Commissioner. He has been a troop leader for the local Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. He has been active in GVAA and served on the Walkersville Plannning Commission.
A staunch supporter of limited growth, Commissioner Winch works diligently for his community.
Mr. Winch also serves on the Frederick County Municipal League representing Walkersvile.
