Lawson Family Celebrates Jagger’s Life Through a Paint Night

WHS Lions Pride Original Story:

The Walkersville community lost a beautiful soul on September 3rd, 2017. A Walkersville student, Jagger Lawon was taken at 16 years of age, and passed away due to a tragic accident.

Lawson’s family has decided to create a “Paint N Sip” night sometime in December at Flick’s Pub in Taneytown, Maryland 21787. They originally had a date on November 21st, but it filled up so fast they made another date to include everyone that wanted to attend.

Please make every effort to come to this event. All proceeds will go to build and provide a safe place for kids to skate in Walkersville, MD for the Jagger Ezra Lawson Memorial Fund. This will give protection to the kids in the Walkersville area.

The paint night is open to everyone 16 and up, and an enjoyable and memorable night will be had by all.

All participants of the event will need to pay a fee of $40, but it is well worth the price. This event can provide some sort of closure to maybe some community members and students who have yet to have a chance to say goodbye.

All materials that one could need to paint the picture will be provided. Food and beverages will be available for purchase as well. For the guests of the event who are 21 and older will receive a complimentary glass of wine while they paint.

All are welcome to this event. You do not have to have any painting experience or any artistic skills at all, all creativity levels are more than welcome.

The goal of the “Paint N Sip” event is to join together and paint a pretty picture (picture has not been decided yet) to honor the life of Jagger Lawson and help with the memorial fund goal.

The Lawson family encourages to bring a friend, your family, or even a large group of them both. “We thank you for your support and diligence in helping to protect our kids,” said the Lawson family.

The date is not confirmed yet by the Lawson family, but an article will be released at a later time confirming all dates, times, and places. Make it a plan to come on out to celebrate Jagger’s life. “Gather Together. Give Thanks. Drink Wine (21+). And Paint a Pretty Picture!”
