As units arrived the on the scene, they quickly put a plan together to get to the victim. Personnel from the swift water team walked out to the victim as the water was shallow enough to do a still water rescue. The patient was walked out to a nearby ambulance for evaluation. The patient was transported to Frederick Memorial Hospital for further evaluation. Units went in service as ready and command was terminated.
