Walkersville Rings In The Christmas Season
The Town of Walkersville held its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Wednesday, December 3rd at Creamery Park. The large crowd enjoyed hot cocoa, cookies, Christmas carols performed by local churches, fires to keep warm, and the tree being lit by Burgess Ralph Whitmore. Town Commissioner Russ Winch took some great photographs that he shared online.
