Please note: As advised by the Town attorney and the Burgess, the Planning Commission will not accept public comments on items that are not on the agenda. The agenda is set by the staff in consultation with the Chairman, and items are placed on the agenda only after complete applications have been submitted, all fees have been paid, the prescribed review period has passed, and staff and agency comments have been received and addressed. When the Rutter’s applications are before the Commission at future meetings, public comments will be accepted in accordance with the Commission’s Rules of Procedure (taken after the staff report and applicant presentation and limited to 5 minutes per individual).
