Honor a Veteran – Memorial Park Bricks Available
The Town of Walkersville invites citizens to help memorialize and honor our service members by purchasing a commemorative brick. The commemorative bricks will be laid out at Walkersville’s Memorial Park at the corner of Main Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
Commemorative Bricks will be four inches by 8 inches in size. Each may have up to fourteen characters (letters, numbers, spaces, and punctuation) on each of the three lines of inscription available. Order forms specify that the lines will be for the Veteran’s name, rank, and dates served (respectively).
Each commemorative brick will cost $50. Order forms and checks made payable to Town of Walkersville must be turned in at the Walkersville Town Hall.
