With the temperatures dropping dramatically over the past twenty-four hours and snow in the forecast, Frederick County Public Schools produced an informative video for all of us wondering how and why they make the decisions to close or delay schools. Many students will be hoping for this process to be used a lot over the next few months. Most of the rest of us hope just the opposite.
