Deerfield Homeowner’s Association will be holding its annual meeting Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. All residents of the Deerfield Community are urged to attend and make their voices heard. The meeting will be held at the Walkersville Community Church at 207 Braeburn Drive. During the meeting, general discussions will be held regarding the management of the HOA, the budget for 2016, the neighborhood watch, and the need for community members to join the Board. Roger Johnson Retires from GVCS Board

Mr. Roger Johnson recently announced his retirement from the Glade Valley Community Services Board of Directors. He has served on the Board and been active in GVCS since 2005. Among his many jobs, Roger arranged choir concerts with area choir directors as a fundraiser for GVCS. He wrote the thank you notes to donors. Roger was a former editor of this newsletter; Catherine, his wife of fifty-seven years, helped him with the newsletter and mailing.
