As a result of ongoing monitoring of registered sex offenders in Frederick County, the Sheriff’s Office in March has charged the following registered sex offenders with violating conditions associated with being placed on the sex offender registry:
Michael Lee Studebaker, 48, of Walkersville, MD
Charge: Failure to register.
Disposition: Warrant issued on March 9, 2020; pending service.
Marcus Deandre Taylor, 32, of Frederick, MD
Charge: Failure to notify of Internet identifiers.
Disposition: Summons issued on March 11, 2020; pending service.
Shannon Christopher Mangialetti, 46, of Frederick, MD
Charge 1: Failure to register.
Disposition: Warrant issued on March 17, 2020; pending service.
Kimberly Renee Ridgely, 49, of Jefferson, MD
Charge: Failure to notify of employment change.
Disposition: Summons issued on March 20, 2020; pending service.
Joshua Colonna Jones, 29, of Frederick, MD
Charge: Failure to register.
Disposition: Warrant issued on March 25, 2020; served.

Failed to register. Absconded.
