Severe Thunderstorm Warning

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for northwestern Frederick County and the surrounding area until 5 p.m.

At 4:08 p.m., radar indicated the line of severe thunderstorms, capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph, near Shepherdstown and heading east at 30 mph.
