Mockingjay Set to Return to Theaters on November 21st

Beloved characters Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark to return in the newest part of the Hunger Games series, Mockingjay.
The film will be separated into two parts in order to follow along with every detail in the book. Part One is set to be released November 21st 2014. The original cast of both The Hunger Games, and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire will be returning for the third installment of the series.
This adventure and Sci-Fi thriller has been exciting audiences since the book was released. “I’m really excited for the movie because The Hunger Games is one of my favorite series.” said Junior Tessa Brubaker. Senior Hanna McWilliams said “It’s exciting because it’s the last part of The Hunger Games and I love Jennifer Lawrence.”
According to Regal Cinemas in Frederick “The worldwide phenomenon of The Hunger Games continues to set the world on fire with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, which finds Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and a nation moved by her courage.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 is directed by Francis Lawrence from a screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. The novel on which the film is based is the third in a trilogy written by Suzanne Collins that has over 65 million copies in print in the U.S. alone.”
Junior Ricky Miller said “I can’t wait to see how all of the characters and plots are going to be developed into a movie.”
