Council to Hold Public Hearing on Amended Bill No. 16-18 – Small Business Real Property Tax Credit
The County Council (“Council”) of Frederick County, Maryland, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the first floor hearing room of Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland, to discuss amended Bill No. 16-18, which was amended by the County Council on Tuesday, January 17, 2017:
AN ACT to: Establish a small business real property tax credit within Frederick County.
Copies of the amended bill may be obtained from the Council’s Office, First Floor, Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701 (301-600-1135) or on the Frederick County Government’s website at www.frederickcountymd.gov/councilbills or at a direct link at http://tinyurl.com/AmendedCouncilBill16-18.
The Council may modify the bill in whole or in part before enactment.
Individuals will be given an opportunity to be heard at this public hearing. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per speaker.
