WHS Fundraisers
The following fundraisers are planned for August to support various activities at Walkersville High School.
- Band Boosters “dine in night” at Ledo’s Pizza 8/6/15. 11:00 am – 9:00 pm. Tell them you are with Walkersville High School and 20% of the meal will benefit the school program. In addition, delivery is also available – FREE with a $20 order but when placing the order, tell them you are with Walkersville High School. - Band Boosters will be conducting a “dine in night” at Chipotle 8/11/15 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm. For additional information please contact Janel Holland-Linn at janel.holland-linn@nih.gov.
- Cheerleaders will be selling Yankee Candles from 8/15/15 – 8/25/15. Delivery date is expected to be 2 weeks later. For additional information please contact Tena Pennington at penncoach45@msn.com.
- Field Hockey will be selling Yankee Candles from 8/21/15 – 9/11/15. Delivery date is 9/25/15. For additional information, please contact Coach Carla McCarron at CJMCCARRON@yahoo.com.
- Junior/Senior Class will be selling Claire’s Gourmet products from 8/27/15 – 9/21/15. Profits will benefit Prom 2016. Delivery date is 10/15/15. For additional information, please contact Gina Stelma at regina.stelma@fcps.org.
- Boys and Girls Soccer teams will benefit from an online sale of scarves, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, polos, etc. by the Walkersville Soccer Advocates. For more information you may contact Kevin Conley or David Jacobson at coachj@lionssoccer.org.
