After the parade, the Walkersville Lions Varsity Football Team hits the gridiron for the Homecoming football game at 6:30 p.m. The Lions face the Catoctin Cougars.

The halftime show includes a presentation of the Homecoming court, fireworks, and the announcement of this year’s Homecoming King and Queen.
