The Frederick County Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the first floor hearing room of Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland, to receive public testimony on the recently adopted 22 amendments to the Monocacy Scenic River Citizens Advisory Board’s 2017 Recommended Monocacy River Management Plan.
