Eliza I. Stoner, 94, of Walkersville, MD, died Friday, November 11, 2016 at The Record Street Home in Frederick. She was the loving wife of James E. Stoner, Jr. who died in 2009. Born August 19, 1922 in Smithfield, NC, she was the daughter of the late John and Annette Lawrence Ives. She was a longtime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Walkersville, where she sang in the senior choir and having served as the junior choir director.
