Sheriff’s Department Seeks Help in Identifying Two Suspects Involved in Theft and Credit Card Fraud
The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance in identifying two suspects who used a stolen debit card in Frederick County, MD on Wednesday, November 10, 2016.
The Visa debit card was stolen from an ATM at the Woodsboro Bank in Woodsboro, MD. Shortly after it was stolen, the female suspects used the victim’s Visa card at various locations throughout
Frederick, MD. Some of the fraudulent purchases were made at High’s in Woodsboro, MD, the Food Lion in New Market, MD, and the CVS in Walkersville, MD.
On Thursday, January 12, 2017, Corporal Marc Destefano told GladeValley.net that “No charges have been filed as of yet . . .,” and that “the case remains open currently.”
