Search & Seizure Narcotics Arrest in Frederick

On Monday, June 3rd, 2019, the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office Narcotic Investigation Section assisted by its HIDTA partners, Maryland State Police, Frederick Police Department, and the Brunswick Police Department, executed a search and seizure warrant in the 100 block of James Street in Frederick related to a drug investigation. As a result of the search warrant operation, the following was seized:

  • Cocaine: 26 grams
  • Marijuana: 3 grams
  • $3,449.00 U.S. Currency

The search warrant was the result of a drug distribution investigation conducted by the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office Narcotic Investigation Section. During the execution of the search warrant, George Felipe Pacheco, 35, of Frederick, attempted to flee on foot but was quickly apprehended. The location of the search warrant was in close proximity to a Frederick County Public School. Pacheco was charged with the following:

  • Possession of Cocaine
  • Distribution of Cocaine
  • Possession with intent to distribute Cocaine
  • Possession of paraphernalia
  • Distribute Cocaine within 1000 feet of school
  • Possession with intent to distribute Cocaine within 1000 feet of school
