Financial Assistance Available for College Admission Testing
High school students who will be entering their junior or senior year this fall can receive financial assistance to participate in classes that prepare them for college admission testing, such as the SAT or ACT. This opportunity is made possible through The Bob and Pat Gehrke Scholarship Fund for College Prep, one of more than 679 component funds managed by The Community Foundation of Frederick County.
Participants will be selected based on financial need, as well as their leadership and community service record. A minimum 3.0 grade point average is required. To apply, visit www.ScholarshipsFrederickCounty.com. Recipients will be notified within 45 days of application.
