Community Foundation Presents Barnhart Scholarships
The first scholarships from The Gene, Evelyn, and Ernest Family Scholarship Fund have been presented to six students. The fund is one of more than 679 component funds of The Community Foundation of Frederick County.
The Gene, Evelyn, and Ernest Family Scholarship Fund was created through W. Eugene “Gene” Barnhart’s estate to provide scholarships to students pursuing agriculture-related careers.
