Water Main Break in Walkersville

** UPDATE ** The water main break at Revelation Ave has been repaired. Town staff will be cleaning up for awhile. If water looks cloudy, please run faucets for 5-10 minutes.  **ATTENTION**There is a water main break on Revelation Avenue. Some homeowners on Revelation may experience low water pressure or no water for the next three to four hours. Public Works is working diligently to have it back on as soon as possible. Frederick County to Commemorate 275th Anniversary with Jubilee Celebration

Frederick County will celebrate its official founding on June 10 with the 275th Anniversary Jubilee, being held from 3 to 10 p.m. at Utica District Park. Benefit Concert for Library on Walkersville Days

Local singer-songwriter, Mike Kuster will be performing a benefit concert for the Walkersville Library with his band, The Catoctin Cowboys, during Walkersville Days this weekend. The Walkersville Library is raising funds to make improvements to their outdoor learning areas. They have set a goal to raise enough funds to erect shade sails to cut down on the heat and sun on the lawn.
