Mrs. Sylvia Dolores (Rhodes) Fogle, 83, of Woodsboro, MD, (where she resided the last 12 years with her daughter, Laura) and formerly of Frederick and Hagerstown, MD was peacefully ushered into her heavenly Father’s Kingdom on May 9, 2017 with loved ones at her side at Frederick Memorial Hospital under Hospice care. She was born on July 24, 1933 to Robert W. Rhodes and Olive E. Rhodes (Dunkle) in Hagerstown, MD. She was the widow of Donald Elwood Fogle, her husband of 36 years. In her lifetime she worked in…
