Next month, Frederick County will hear plans for a fourth such business along the same two mile stretch of Woodsboro Pike through Walkersville. An applicant submitted plans to build a 7-Eleven convenience store and gas station directly across the street from Sheetz. Rebecca Hanna Spicer (Bucky) died on January 9, 2019 at Homewood of Crumland Farm in Frederick, Maryland. Her husband, John S. Spicer, Sr., predeceased her on June 3, 2017.
