Mrs. Blanche Hofflinger, 94, of Walkersville, MD, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Howard J. Hofflinger. Born on May 21, 1922, in Rising Sun, DE, she was the fourth of six siblings of the late James and Flora Smith Burris. She worked for RCA in Camden, NJ as part of the WWII war effort.
