Mr. Carroll Lee Houck, 81, of Ridgely, WV and formerly of Clarksburg, MD, passed away on January 4, 2019 at Western Maryland Health Systems in Cumberland. Jean Whitmore, 66, of Walkersville, Maryland, passed away on January 4, 2019 at Northampton Manor after a 7 month battle with leukemia. Born on March 25, 1952 in Frederick, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late John and Julia (Ramsburg) Whitmore. Jean was a graduate of Walkersville High School class of 1971.
