Ruby Louise Watkins, 91, of Walkersville, passed from this life on Friday, January 18 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Luther Watkins, who preceded her in death in 2010. Born on July 6, 1927, in Boyds, she was the daughter of James C. Keith and Ella M (Heisler) Keith. The youngest of 8 siblings, Mrs. Watkins is the last of her immediate family.
