Esther Evangeline Laliberte Filler, 86, of Walkersville, Maryland, passed from this life on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Homewood at Crumland Farms in Frederick, MD. Born on March 26, 1932, in Old Town, ME, she was the daughter of the late Archie Joseph Laliberte and Ina Mae (Richardson) Laliberte. She was predeceased by her husband, Melvin on August 7, 2016. Three women dedicated to helping children who do not have enough to eat have established a new fund to support the Frederick Chapter of Blessings in a Backpack (BIAB).
