Since moving to Walkersville, Mike and Emily's three children were born and attend local public schools. Mike also owns Digital Age Solution, an I.T. firm offering Managed Services, Computer Repairs & Sales, Voice Over IP Telephone Service, Networking, and Software Engineering. Mike actively participates in the community in various roles including: Walkersville Planning & Zoning Commission Member, Kaleidoscope 4-H Club Leader, Friends of Walkervsille Library, Vice-President, Frederick County 4-H Camp & Activities Center, Inc. Board Member, Federated Charities, and more.

HARMONY FOR HOPE CONCERT TONIGHT – 10/1/15 – 7:00 PM Walkersville High School Key Club is hosting the Harmony for Hope, a benefit concert featuring some of WHS’s most talented musical performers. All proceeds are going to Eliminate, a project run by UNICEF that is focused on eliminating maternal and neonatal tetanus around the world. The concert begins at 7pm and tickets are $5 at the door. Join us at Chipotle (North Frederick location) from 5-8 p.m. and/or at Yogi Castle from 5-8:30 p.m. Show the flyer that was sent home on Thursday so the PTA will get credit for your purchase. Flu Clinic on Sunday

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Walkersville will host a clinic for flu and pneumonia shots this Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The pharmacy staff of the Walkersville Safeway will administer flu, pneumonia and other recommended immunizations. The shots will be offered before and after church services in the St. Paul’s Parish Hall located at Fulton and West Pennsylvania Avenue in Old Town Walkersville.
