NADA Ambassador Grant Supports Maryland Master Farmers Scholarship Fund
The National Automobile Dealers (NADA) Charitable Foundation has presented a $500 grant to The Maryland Master Farmers Scholarship Fund. The fund is one of more than 679 component funds of The Community Foundation of Frederick County.
De Willard, Jr., a prominent member of the automobile industry and owner of Ideal Buick – GMC – Hyundai in Frederick, designated the grant to support the fund as a result of qualifying for Ambassador status with the NADA Charitable Foundation. The Ambassador program provides funds to support the community that has contributed towards the success of the dealer. Mr. Willard is one of three founding donors of The Maryland Master Farmers Scholarship which helps students pursue post-secondary education in agriculture.
