Governor Hogan Announces Interstate Compact to Purchase Rapid Antigen Tests
Maryland Governor Larry Hogan announced that the State of Maryland organized and formed an Interstate Compact of ten bi-partisan states to order rapid tests from Becton, Dickinson and Company of Sparks, Maryland. The tests are analyzed by a small handheld device. Results are provided in minutes.
