Rita C. Koogle
Mrs. Rita C. Koogle, 81, of Walkersville, died Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late James F. Koogle, who preceded in her in death in 2011. She was born in Boston, MA.
Rita is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Ann Rice and husband Joseph, Jeanie Fox and husband Richard and Doris Koogle, grandchildren, Nichole Beech and husband Sean, Heidi Rice, Justin Stull, Jennifer Stull, Samantha Fox, Erin Fox and Cody Koogle, great-grandchildren, Cameron Beech and Julie Beech, sister, Claire Carroll, numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm, on Monday, March 27, 2017 at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. The funeral service will be held at 10:00AM, in the Etchison Memorial Chapel at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Jefferson.
