Walkersville High School won Startup Frederick “Shark Tank”-like student competition: Jarvis Cain, Keanu Rosa, and Rayel Wright….. Their $2,000 prize-winning project is called Ethereal. Students from every public high school in Frederick County tested their business ideas in the competition modeled on the TV show “Shark Tank.” Startup Frederick, designed through a partnership between the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce and Frederick County Public Schools, is the first competition of its kind in Frederick County.
