Sunroom Addition on Sandstone Drive
The owners of 215 Sandstone Drive would like to build a sunroom on the rear of their home. The 12′ x 12′ addition will be on the Walkersville Planning Commission’s agenda Tuesday evening. The addition will be too close to the rear yard line according to town code. As such, the addition must come before the Planning Commission for approval.
