Mr. Paul I. Devilbiss, 84, of Walkersville, MD passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at the Glade Valley Nursing Home. He was the beloved husband of Flora Devilbiss for 18 years. Born November 22, 1931 in New Midway, MD he was the son of the late George and Hilda Mertz Devilbiss. Paul proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force.
