John E. “Butch” Cline, 69, of Frederick, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Kline Hospice House in Mount Airy, MD. Born on March 8, 1948. he was the son of the late Ralph J. Cline and Ida (Brust) Cline. Butch attended Walkersville High School and obtained his Associates degree in Business from Frederick Community College.
