Search Warrant on Blue Heron Drive Leads to Arrest of Frederick Man
On September 21, 2016, at approximately 9:20 p.m., the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office’s Narcotics Investigation Section and the Maryland State Police Western Maryland Major Traffickers Initiative executed a search and seizure warrant in Waterside’s 8200 block of Blue Heron Drive, Frederick, MD.
The search and seizure warrant was the result of an investigation conducted by the Narcotics Investigation Section. As a result of the search and seizure warrant, Mark Sterling Hall Jr., age 28, of Frederick was arrested and charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia, Possession of Lorazpam, Possession of Clonazepam, and Possession of Alprazolam.
Hall was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center’s Central Booking Unit for processing.
