With little fanfare, the Walkersville McDonald’s re-opened this morning. The restaurant closed two weeks ago for renovations. With a flurry of activity on the site, the building got a face-lift inside and out. The long vacated fenced playground no longer greets visitors and passers-by with the appearance of a ghost-town. Now, a modern McDonald’s with fresh pavement, paint, and landscaping invites patronage of Walkersville’s McDonald’s Restaurant.
