Maryland State Police arrested a known gang member on an open warrant and who was also found to be in possession of a firearm Tuesday morning in Frederick County. The suspect, Richard John Haslup, 32, of Thurmont, Maryland was arrested on an open violation of probation warrant by troopers from the Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division — Firearms Enforcement Unit. Man Charged With Violating Governor’s Order By Hosting Teen Party At Carroll Co. Hotel

Maryland State Police have charged a man with violating the Governor’s Executive Order and providing alcohol to teens during a party he hosted yesterday at a Carroll County hotel. The suspect is identified as Ryan M. Serra, 26, of Lutherville, Md. He is charged with violation of the Governor’s Executive Order and ten counts of allowing a minor to possess alcohol. Maryland State Police are continuing to investigate after charging a man with impersonating a police officer last week in Frederick County. The suspect, James Coons, 57, of Frederick, Maryland, is charged with impersonating a police officer and driving with a visible red and/or blue lamp on his vehicle.
