Jennifer was born March 1, 1968 in Toms River, NJ to Adrien and Patricia Tudor. Jennifer lived her life for her family and was a wonderful mother to Ryan and Rebecca. Roland E. Smith, 88, of Thurmont, died on Wednesday, July 17, at his home. He was the husband to the late Barbara Jane (Graham) Smith, whom he married on June 16, 1951.
